David R DePhillips, CEO and Founder of Premier Enterprises focuses on standards of excellence to meet our clients needs. Mr. DePhillips previously worked in the hospitality and food service industry for more than fourteen years and has worked in the staffing industry for more than fifteen years. Mr. DePhillips previously worked in the Banquet and Food and Beverage Departments of some of the most prestigious hotels in the Philadelphia area including: the Ritz Carlton, and the Four Seasons hotels. Mr. DePhillips also managed events for a Philadelphia based catering company with exclusive rights to the University of Pennsylvania Museum and the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts.
Following these experiences, Mr. DePhillips began Five Star with a goal of providing personal, consistent, quality service to his customers that far exceeded the industry standard. He has served as CEO & Founder of Five Star for the past sixteen years, and screens all Five Star employees before they are hired so as to maintain the consistent and high level of service to which he is accustomed
